AmBase Corporation is a holding company that through its subsidiaries and minority interest in other companies serves as a financial advisor and banker for these companies, primarily SDG, Inc.
When AmBase entered the commercial real estate management business with the $17.8 million purchase of its current headquarters, Thrasher Tech designed an accounting system that integrated with AmBase’s main line of business yet still enabled the company to perform property management services while meeting SEC and other reporting requirements.
Thrasher Tech provides network and desktop support services to AmBase, as well as financial application support and training services. This includes general ledger management, vendor and customer maintenance and other financial system management.
