A manufacturer of innovative water purification systems,
Halox Technologies was having difficulty with inventory control as it was developing its products. Using an integrated ERP system, Thrasher Tech’s consultants were able to get a handle on Halox’ accounting issues, its inventory management concerns and its manufacturing process.
By setting up a bill of materials system to use in its manufacturing process, and custom crafting the accounting system to handle a few unique issues Halox had designed into its business model, costs were contained and inventory was managed at much closer to just in time levels.
Halox also turned to Thrasher Tech’s consultants for desktop and network support, as well as application selection, installation, support and end user training services.
By adding to existing infrastructure, Thrasher Tech was able to ensure adequate disaster recovery was in place, as well as hardware and software maintenance and Year 2000 compliance issues were resolved.
