A multi-state chain of health and fitness facilities, The Saw Mill Clubs retained Thrasher Tech’s consultants to integrate their front and back office systems. This involved integrating a back office financial and ERP system with a membership accounting program and sales program.
Once this was accomplished at the main club, the five clubs were connected with a high speed WAN our consultants designed and installed. This eliminated the “sneaker net” that was in place and provided the geographically diverse clubs with instantaneous access to financial, sales, performance,
human resources and other necessary management information.
Additionally, end users receive on-going training and support services through collaborative on-site meetings, or remote
control and distance learning initiatives.
